Try out lacrosse with Armstrong Cooper Youth Lacrosse! Our free clinic is 45 - 50 minutes and will be packed with fun, skills-based games aimed at helping kids learn how to throw, catch, scoop and shoot the ball.
For boys and girls in grades K-8 (2023-2024 school year) who have not played lacrosse and would like to see what the sport is about. Invite your friends!
No lacrosse equipment is needed! Bring a water bottle and tennis shoes.
