Welcome to the 2024 Registration

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available.

US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT

ACYLA requires a US Lacrosse membership to be current through the entire season you are playing in order to proceed with this registration. US Lacrosse memberships must be renewed annually. Expiration dates will be verified with US Lacrosse. No practice or play is possible without this membership.
 

Returning Players: If you are uncertain of the current expiration date of your membership, CLICK HERE to look it up. 
 

New Players: You must first register with US Lacrosse and then return to this Registration Session to complete your registration.  If you have not already signed up with US Lacrosse, please follow these steps:
 

Step 1:  Obtain current US Lacrosse Membership
 

CLICK HERE and go to US Lacrosse and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with US Lacrosse. Each player must have their own unique US Lacrosse confirmation number.

Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the US Lacrosse Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
 

The player registration information completed below must match exactly the name, date of birth and zip code on file with US Lacrosse. If these items don’t match, validation of the membership will generate an error message when attempting to progress through the registration process.
 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

PAY ONLINE IN FULL:  Submit total fees online today at the end of registration (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account)
 

PAYMENT PLAN:  Fees are divided into 2 - 3 installments depending on which season you select. The first installment is collected at the end of registration (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account). The remaining balance will automatically be debited from the SAME ACCOUNT on:
 

  • April 1 (spring only) 
  • May 1 and June 1 (spring/summer combo)
  • June 1 (summer only)

Payments are not divided equally to allow for renewal of US Lacrosse Membership and Uniform fees at the time of registration. 

 

If you wish to use a different account to pay the balance, please log in to your Sportngin account BEFORE the first day of payment to update your account information.
 

ACYLA Refund Policy

If COVID-19 issues prevent ACYLA from scheduling a full season, a prorated amount of the season registration fees will be refunded. If the entire season is canceled due to COVID-19, the entire season fee will be refunded.

Voluntary withdrawal or time missed due to personal injury or illness (including COVID-19) will be subject to regular refund policy:

  1. ACYLA is unable to refund expenses incurred by the purchase of a US Lacrosse membership or player equipment.
  2. All general refund requests should be sent to the Treasurer and must be received in writing.
  3. All requests received before the program’s registration close date will receive a full refund (less a $15.00 fee for credit card and SportsEngine processing fees)
  4. All requests received after the program’s registration close date, but before the start of practices will receive a refund less half the registration costs paid at the time of cancellation. All uniform costs will be reimbursed.
  5. All requests received after the program’s registration close date and after the start of practices will not receive a refund except in cases of extreme hardship (i.e. relocations, etc) and then only at the discretion of the board. Uniforms costs will not be refunded for cancelations received after the season has started and uniforms have been handed out.
  6. No other refunds will be made except in cases of extreme hardship (i.e. relocations, etc.), and then only at the discretion of the ACYLA Board.
  7. Refunds are not issued for injuries or illnesses during the season.

NEW PLAYER DISCOUNTS & FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

NEW PLAYER $100 DISCOUNT CODE: Please email acylaxpresident@gmail.com to get your discount code prior to completing registration. Email requests will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt. Please include player’s first and last name, level of play and address. Discount does not apply to 8U players. 

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE is available on a needs basis to families playing in our association. We offer deferred payment plans and scholarship programs. All are welcome to fill out an application by CLICKING HERE
 

All applications will be reviewed by the President, Treasurer, and VP's on the day of the board meeting that follows the receipt of the application and all supporting documents. Refer to the Board tab for dates and plan accordingly. 

 

REFUND POLICY

Up until a program registration closes, ACYLA will give consideration to written requests for withdrawal and refund. In all cases ACYLA will retain the processing fee ($25) it incurred for administrative expenses. After a program registration has closed, no refunds or cancellations will be given under any circumstance.
